Collected only to reply to you.
This policy explains how Dominion Group LLC (“Dominion Group”, “we”) handles personal information collected through dominionhq.co. We collect as little as possible.
What we collect
When you start a conversation. If you submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, company, role (optional), what prompted the enquiry, the capabilities and timeline you selected (optional), and your message.
When you browse. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver pages — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — in short-lived server logs used for security and reliability.
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. The site stores a single value in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation does not replay during the same visit; it contains no personal data and is cleared when you close the tab.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information only to read and reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and our legitimate interest in responding to it. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
- Resend (United States) delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Vercel (United States) hosts the website and processes server logs.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted, unless they become part of an engagement, in which case they are kept as business records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use. Write to info@dominionhq.co and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live — for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Morocco — you may also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the side of this page shows the latest version.
